Stainless Filter and Strainer Wires
" You determine the mesh size, thickness and quality of the stainless filter wire and we will import it. "

Stainless filter and strainer wires (mesh wires) are imported by our company from abroad as AISI 304 and 316 quality. We supply it wrapped in coils of 1 meter height and 30 meters length as standard sizes.

We can also supply AISI 316, 316L, 302, 310 and 314 Stainless Quality in different heights and lengths upon your requests.

We supply the stainless filters and strainer wires we import from factories that have the current ISO 9001 - 2000 certificate and have established a quality control system.

The unit of measurement for stainless filter wires is known as mesh. Mesh itself refers to a unit of measurement. The meaning of mesh is the number of holes in a row of 2.54 cm. In short, 1 mesh is 1"(inc).

  •    Stainless filter wires are the most popular weaving system used in the industrial world. Stainless filter wires of AISI 304 quality are used as standard. AISI 304 is the basic type of quality stainless steel. Provides high oxidation resistance at temperatures up to 450 C. It has very good mechanical resistance, friction and corrosion resistance.

AISI 304 quality stainless filter wire must contain a minimum of 8% Nickel and 18% Chromium.

AISI 316 quality stainless filter wire must contain a minimum of 10% Nickel and 16% Chromium. It also contains 2% extra Molybdenum. This substance makes the wire extra resistant to salt, acid and sea water.

K304 is the basic variety of stainless steel. Provides high oxidation resistance up to 450 C. Mechanical resistance and friction resistance are very good. It is used in the chemical, petro-chemical, food, kitchen, automotive, medical industries and in the production of boilers and heat exchangers.

K304L is the low carbon version of K304. It has no friction resistance at temperatures above 500 C. It has high oxidation resistance up to 450 C. It is used in the chemical, mining, oil industry and chemical storage tanks. It is generally used at temperatures below 400 C.

K309 has the ability to work for a long time at high temperatures of 920 C.

K310 has excellent resistance to high temperatures of 1070 C. Thermal is very resistant to repeated heating and cooling. Its mechanical and corrosion resistance is slightly better than K304. It is used in industrial product parts, fuel and special pipelines, paint industry and oil refining.

K314 is the most durable material with increased resistance to 1200 C oxidation and heat compared to K310 quality.

Conveyor belts to be used in high temperature environments such as industrial ovens are produced from K310 and K314 quality wires. K314 quality wires have the ability to work at temperatures up to 1200 C.

Conveyor belts made of K314 quality wires are used in the food industry as well as in the production of BTB facade cladding mosaics.

K316 provides high oxidation resistance up to 650 C, mechanical rupture and shrinkage strength, and also high oxidation resistance due to the molybdenum it contains. It is used in the chemical, petro-chemical, food, textile, paper industries, marine and industrial atmosphere conditions.

K316L is the low carbon version of K316. It does not have friction resistance at temperatures above 500C. It has high oxidation resistance up to 450C. It is used in the chemical, petro-chemical, food, textile, paper industry, marine and industrial atmosphere conditions. It is generally used at temperatures below 450C.

K316TI general corrosion resistance is very similar to K316. It has high temperature oxidation resistance up to 650 C. It is used in the chemical, petro-chemical, textile and paper industries.

K312 provides intercrystalline corrosion resistance with the addition of Ti. It is very resistant to high temperatures. It is used in resistance and exhaust pipes, manifolds, aircraft parts, and boiler parts of the chemical industry.

K409 is resistant to high heat and corrosion. It is used in the manufacturing of exhaust pipes.

K430TI provides optimum corrosion resistance with the addition of TI. Its thermal conductivity is better than K304. Another feature that distinguishes it from K304, K310, K314 and K316 is that K430Tİ holds a magnet.
It is used in hot water systems, hot water holding tanks and the sugar industry.
