   Stainless steel filter and wires (wire mesh) with AISI 304 and 316 quality are imported from abroad by our company. We supply these wires wrapped in rollers of 1 meter in height and 30 meters in length.

   Also in line with your demand, we can supply different heights and lengths with AISI 316, 316L, 302, 310 ve 314 quality levels.

  •    Stainless steel filter is the world's most popular industrial woven wire system. Stainless filter wires use AISI 304 quality level as standard. AISI 304 is the basic type of stainless steel. It has high oxidation resistance up to 450C. Mechanical resistance, friction and corrosion resistance, durability is very good.

      AISI 304 quality stainless steel filter wire must have a composition of 8% Nickel and 18% Chrome.

       AISI 316 quality stainless steel filter wire has a composition of 10% Nickel,16% Chrome, and 2% Molybdenum, which makes the wire have higher resistance to salt, acid, and sea water.

        K304 is the basic steel type. It provides high oxidation resistance until 450º C. It has a very good mechanical and frictional strength. It is widely used in various industrial areas such as chemicty, petroleum chemicals, food, kitchen, automotive, medicine, boiler and heat exchanger manufacturing.

       K304L is the low carbon version of K304. It does not have frictional resistance at temperatures above 500ºC. It has high oxidation resistance until 450ºC. Therefore, it is generally used under 400C. It is widely used in various industrial sectors such as chemistry, mine, petrol, and chemical storing vessels.

        K309 has a characteristic of working at high temperatures up to 920 ºC.

       K310 has an excellent resistance to high temperature at 1070ºC. It is resistive to thermal shock and cycling heating and cooling. Its mechanical and corrosion strength is beter than that of K304. It is widely used in various areas such as industrial furnace components, fuel pipelines, paint industry, and oil refinery.

       K314 is a very sturdy material and its oxidation and heat resistance is highly increased compared to K310.

       As in industrial furnaces, conveyors bands which are used in high temperature medium are produced from K310 and K314 quality level wires. K314 wires can work up to 1200 ºC.

       Conveyor bands made of K314 quality level wires can be used in good industry as well as cladding mosaics production.

       K316 provide high oxidation resistance until 650ºC due to the high molybdenum in its content. It also provides mechanical rupture and shrinkage resistance. It is widely used in chemistry, petroleum-chemistry, food, textile, paper industry. It can also be used in sea and open atmosphere environments.

        K316L is the low carbon version of K316. It does not have frictional resistance at temperatures above 500ºC. It has high oxidation resistance until 450ºC.
    Therefore, it is generally used under 450ºC. It is widely used in chemistry, petroleum-chemistry, food, textile, paper industry. It can also be used in sea and open atmosphere environments.

       K316Ti `s general corrosion strength is similar to KE16. It has high oxidation resistance until 650ºC.
    It is used in chemistry, petroleum-chemistry, textile, and paper industry.

       K312 provides corrosion resistance between crystals due to the Ti in its content. It is very resistive to high tempetures.
    It is used in areas such as resistor and exhaust pipes, manifolds, aircraft components, boiler components in chemistry industries.

       K409 is resistive to high temperature and corrosion. It is used in the manufacture of exhaust pipes.

       K430Ti provides optimum corrosion strength thank to the Ti in its content. Its thermal conductivity is better than K304. It has a magnetic property which cannot be seen in K304, K310, K314, K316.
       It is used in hot water systems, hot water storing tanks and sugar industry.
